Beth believes in creating an open and non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to unpack and share their stories, find ways to cope with stresses, and navigate life’s challenges. She sees individuals, couples, and families of all ages.

Beth’s approach is a client-centered, creative, and collaborative process that incorporates elements of mind-body-spirit to promote full-person well-being. She works with her clients to develop a unique treatment plan to best fit their situations and needs. Beth has a variety of life and professional experiences that include working with children and teens, adults, couples and families in various stages of life, clients in recovery, individuals working in healthcare and EMS, LGBTQ+ individuals, autism diagnosis, people experiencing physical and mental health challenges, grief/loss, and life changes.

Beth is certified in ABFT (attachment-based family therapy for adolescents) and is in training to be certified for Gottman Level I couples therapy. She is a May 2023 graduate of the Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy program at CTS in Indianapolis and is in residency working towards
licensure. During her studies, Beth has done focused groups in play therapy, narrative and
collaborative therapies, EFT, CBT, children and adolescents, addictions, and yoga to name a few. She is a member of AAMFT, IAMFT, and Delta Kappa International Marriage and Family Therapy Honor Society. Beth is truly honored to be a part of your journey.
