Becca is a highly empathetic therapist who is focused on creating an atmosphere of acceptance and understanding and providing clients with tools to get from where they are to where they want to be. Becca enjoys providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults and is experienced in utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches to match client needs. She is trained in Play Therapy, Brainspotting, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and insight-oriented therapy.
Becca has a special interest in working with kids and teens, women’s issues, depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, religion/spirituality, social discomfort, and life balance. She is a member of Star Behavioral Health Providers, having had specialized training in working with issues facing members of the military and their families.
Becca earned her Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Faith at Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, IN. In addition to serving clients, Becca has worked as an adjunct professor at Ivy Tech Community College, where she trained beginning counseling students. Becca wants to fight mental health stigma and bring positive change to individuals, families, and communities. In her free time, Becca is an avid pianist and can be found accompanying groups and soloists around Central Indiana.
