What It’s Like to Work With Me:
Therapy is a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. My approach is collaborative and creative, meaning we will work together to find what best supports your growth and healing. I tailor treatment to your unique needs, integrating a mind-body-spirit approach with evidence-based techniques.
For children and teens, I incorporate play, storytelling, and interactive techniques to help them express emotions in a way that feels natural. With couples and families, I focus on strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and fostering deeper connections. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where individuals and families can process emotions, build resilience, and develop meaningful coping strategies for life’s challenges.
Whether you're navigating a major transition, healing from past experiences, or working toward stronger relationships, I am here to walk alongside you, encourage growth, and celebrate progress at your own pace.
Qualifications & Experience:
I am in residency working toward licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary.
My training includes:
Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT) Certification (for adolescents & families)

I am a member of AAMFT, IAMFT, and Delta Kappa International Marriage and Family Therapy Honor Society, dedicated to professional growth and evidence-based practices.
My Philosophy:
“Each person’s journey is unique, and I am honored to walk alongside you as you navigate growth, healing, and self-discovery.”
