Ages & Typical Clients: Teens (16+), Adults, Couples

Specialty Areas:

I work with individuals and couples navigating:

  • Anxiety & depression

  • Relationship & family conflict

  • Self-esteem & identity exploration

  • Trauma & emotional regulation

  • ADHD & coping skills

  • Stress & life transitions

What It’s Like to Work With Me:

I view therapy as a collaborative process, where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, build on their strengths, and take meaningful steps toward growth. I believe that everyone already has the resources within them to create change, and my role is to help clients uncover and strengthen those tools.

I also integrate physical movement and personal training principles to explore alternative ways of processing emotions, increasing autonomy, and fostering resilience. The mind-body connection is a powerful tool in therapy, and I work with clients to incorporate strategies that improve both mental and physical well-being.

Qualifications & Training:

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Indiana University and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Indiana as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I am currently training to become a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, allowing me to bridge the gap between mental and physical health in my therapeutic work.

I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge negative thought patterns and develop coping strategies

  • Person-Centered Therapy to foster self-awareness and personal growth

  • Strengths-Based Therapy to build confidence and resilience

  • Family Systems Therapy to improve relationship dynamics and communication

My Philosophy:

"Healing and growth happen when we learn to trust ourselves. Therapy is about strengthening that trust, gaining insight, and taking action toward the life you want."
