What It’s Like to Work With Me:
Therapy with me is a collaborative and compassionate process. I believe in meeting clients where they are, helping them uncover their strengths, and guiding them toward clarity and confidence. My approach is holistic and wellness-based, meaning we focus not just on challenges but on the bigger picture of personal growth, values, and balance.
