Specialty Areas:
I work with individuals, couples, and families facing:

  • Anxiety & depression

  • Abuse survivor recovery

  • Bipolar disorder & mood regulation

  • Fertility challenges & life transitions

  • Grief & bereavement

  • Relationship & family dynamics

Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but therapy offers a space to process emotions, build resilience, and create meaningful change in a supportive and compassionate environment.

What It’s Like to Work With Me:
I believe therapy is a collaborative process, where we work together to uncover patterns, strengthen relationships, and develop tools to navigate life with confidence. My approach is rooted in Marriage and Family Therapy, helping individuals, couples, and families create healthier connections and work through challenges in a structured, solution-focused way. Whether you're struggling with past trauma, managing a mood disorder, or seeking deeper fulfillment in your relationships, I provide a space where you can explore, heal, and grow.

Qualifications & Experience:
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Indiana with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary. My background also includes:

  • A Master’s degree in Hospital Services Administration

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, providing insight into the mind-body connection in mental health

My professional experience spans individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy, with a focus on:

  • Abuse recovery for survivors rebuilding their sense of self

  • Marriage & family dynamics, helping couples and families communicate more effectively

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address negative thought patterns and emotional struggles

  • Systemic Family Therapy to explore relational patterns and healing within the family unit

My Philosophy:
"Healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in connection. Whether you’re working through personal struggles or relationship challenges, therapy is a place to rebuild, rediscover, and move forward."
