I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help clients reframe challenges and create meaningful change.
Qualifications & Experience:
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Indiana University. My background spans corporate work, raising a family, and clinical counseling, giving me a broad perspective on personal and professional challenges.
