What is Organizational Wellness?

  • Join us for a 60-minute program and conversation on mental and emotional health. Our team of experts have designed experiences addressing the most pertinent topics in the field of mental health. Gain insight into what works and what doesn’t when it comes to your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. We work with organizations, teams, and groups to identify topics based on need, interest, and engagement.

  • This is a 90 minute - 3 hour interactive workshop.

    An organizational Enneagram Session simplifies how staff members interact with each other. The Enneagram is a personality experience that uses nine types to give a unique snapshot for how a person perceives, processes and communicates with the world. It gives us language and insight to understand ourselves, provide direction for growth and development, and empower greater performance and whole-self wellbeing.

  • Join us for a 120-minute workshop providing an engaging explanation of the 6 Working Genius types, the 15 Working Genius pairings, the 3 stages of work, evaluation of team strengths and challenges, and a team map identifying the specific composition of the organization with regard to strengths and challenges.

    The Working Genius is 20% personality and 80% productivity. The Working Genius assessment helps an individual understand their areas of working genius, working competency and working frustration. This provides a quick and easy way to gain insight into the sort of work that energizes you as well as the potential areas of burnout. It is also a useful tool for helping to “diagnose” a team.

  • Mental skills training: 60- and 90-minute teaching sessions tailored to teams, groups, or an organization's individualized needs

  • Adventure Therapy utilizes activities that reconnect people to nature and themselves. Being in nature provides numerous opportunities to explore strengths, fears, and comfort zones. During these experiences therapists facilitate exposure to elements in nature to enhance self-confidence, problem-solving abilities, communication, resilience, and mindfulness skills.

  • These are hands-on activities fostering personal discovery, mindfulness and healing. These may be led by therapists who are trained in expressive arts therapy, art therapy, and yoga/mindfulness. We may integrate art, music, or movement to enhance cognitive and sensory-motor functioning, self-awareness, self-understanding, emotional expression, and wellness.
