Ages & Typical Clients: Children (4+), Teens, Young Adults, Parents

Specialty Areas:
I work with children, teens, and young adults facing:

  • Anxiety & depression

  • Relationship challenges & family dynamics

  • Life transitions & stress management

  • Trauma & emotional regulation

  • Parenting support & education

What It’s Like to Work With Me:
I believe therapy should be engaging, supportive, and empowering. Using a blend of play, art, and mindfulness-based techniques, I help children and teens express emotions, build confidence, and develop tools to manage life’s challenges. For young adults, I provide a space to explore identity, relationships, and personal growth.

As a mother of two young adults, I understand the complexities of parenting and offer guidance for parents looking to support their children in a way that fosters resilience and emotional well-being.

Qualifications & Experience:
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from IUPUI and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Indiana. My clinical background includes working with children, adolescents, and families in both individual and group settings.

I use a holistic, evidence-based approach, integrating:

  • Play Therapy & Expressive Arts to help children process emotions nonverbally

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support trauma recovery

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore emotions and identity

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge negative thought patterns

  • Mindfulness-Based Techniques to develop self-awareness and stress management skills

My Philosophy:
"Every child, teen, and young adult has the ability to grow, heal, and thrive. With the right tools and support, they can move toward a life that feels more confident, meaningful, and authentic."
