Not Accepting New Clients

Ages & Typical Clients: Teens (12+), Adults, Couples

Specialty Areas:
I work with individuals and couples navigating:

  • Anxiety & depression

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Self-injury & emotional distress

  • Relationship & family conflict

  • Infertility & life transitions

  • Grief & loss

With experience supporting teens, adults, and couples, I understand how overwhelming life’s challenges can feel. My goal is to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

What It’s Like to Work With Me:
Therapy with me is conversational, collaborative, and focused on real progress. I believe in meeting clients where they are—whether that means working through painful emotions, healing from trauma, or finding new ways to navigate relationships. I integrate talk therapy with EMDR, a highly effective approach for processing distressing experiences and breaking free from unhelpful patterns.

I also have a passion for educating and supporting families, often speaking to groups about parenting, grandparenting, and teen issues. Whether in individual sessions or family discussions, my goal is to help clients develop deeper insight, healthier communication, and greater emotional balance.

Qualifications & Experience:
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Indiana. My clinical experience includes working with:

  • Teens & young adults struggling with self-injury, eating disorders, and emotional distress

  • Couples & families experiencing relationship conflict and major life transitions

  • Individuals healing from trauma using EMDR therapy and traditional talk therapy

I take an integrative and client-centered approach, incorporating:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process trauma and emotional pain

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge negative thought patterns

  • Mindfulness & Emotion Regulation Strategies to strengthen coping skills

  • Relationship & Family Therapy Techniques to improve communication and connection

My Philosophy:
"Healing happens when we feel understood. Whether you’re working through trauma, relationship struggles, or deep emotional pain, therapy is a space where you don’t have to do it alone."
