“My team and I learned about The Enneagram of Personality during our sessions with The Cabin. This invaluable tool has now been woven into our organization's culture and has changed how I lead. By understanding my team members' personalities, I now better understand what motivates them, where I need to meet them, and how to coach them individually.”
